We are looking for an organized, proactive professional with strong negotiation skills, responsible for conducting strategic and operational procurement to ensure adequate supply of products and materials required for company operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Carry out **procurement processes for products and supplies**, negotiating prices, delivery timelines, and terms with suppliers. * Execute and monitor **issuance and receipt of invoices**, ensuring accurate system entries. * Control and update **inventory**, monitoring minimum stock levels, replenishments, and internal movements. * Prepare and monitor **product quotations**, comparing proposals to ensure optimal cost\-benefit ratio. * Maintain active relationships with suppliers, conduct price quotations, and research new commercial partners. * Track purchase order flow, delivery deadlines, and quality of received materials. * Support the department’s administrative routine, ensuring information organization and proper recordkeeping. **Desired Qualifications:** * Prior experience in procurement, inventory, or administrative roles. * Basic knowledge of invoices and inventory controls. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of responsibility. * Negotiation and problem\-solving capabilities. **What We Offer:** * Organized and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth within the company. * Market\-competitive remuneration.
