* Lead with a people-management focus, identifying and providing continuous development opportunities for your team;
* Perform duties with focus on internal and external customers;
* Ensure compliance with all standardization norms for grain receipt, processing, and storage at the unit;
* Monitor and oversee grain classification processes for intake and outbound shipments;
* Recruit and develop teams for grain receipt, drying, storage, and equipment maintenance;
* Monitor, guide, and train teams in agribusiness activities;
* Monitor and implement measures to meet operational indicators for drying, processing, maintenance, and dispatch;
* Responsible for grain storage quality, decision-making, loading, and any other necessary controls;
* Supervise mechanical maintenance, grain receipt, cleaning, and drying activities;
* Manage the operational budget;
* Inventory controls and management for residues and grains;
* Responsible for implementing cost- and loss-reduction measures;
* Daily accountability for inventory audit processes and controls;
* Attend to customers, farmers, producers, and third parties for internal and external requests;
* Conduct customer visits to ensure strong company–customer relationships;
* Relay strategic information to senior management for decision-making purposes.
* Support Human Resources processes (timekeeping, payroll, vacations, banked hours);
* Demonstrate organizational skills, teamwork, and preliminary risk awareness in task execution;
* Operate company vehicles as needed, valid driver's license category B.

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Willingness to reside in the city of operation.
* Experience in operational process management (receipt, storage, UBS, seed treatment).
* Experience in people management.
