Serve as the liaison between audit, accounting, operations, and senior management. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 12:00 \| 13:00 to 17:30 **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code **VAMOS \- Career and Management**, a Human Resources consulting firm specializing in Recruitment \& Selection, Career Development, and Strategic People Management, is supporting an expanding **Digital Bank \- Fintech** in searching for a professional to serve as **Controller Coordinator** in **Santa Maria – RS.** **Register at:** https://vamoscomvoce.com.br **Responsibilities:** * Manage controllership processes, including provisions, reconciliations, managerial analyses, and performance indicators. * Oversee investment funds and bank reconciliations, ensuring compliance of financial transactions. * Monitor and analyze financial results (managerial income statement, balance sheet, performance indicators), ensuring data accuracy and consistency. * Coordinate executive reports and performance dashboards (Power BI, dashboards), supporting senior management decision-making. * Serve as the liaison among audit, accounting, operations, and senior management, ensuring process integration. * Identify risks and opportunities, proposing continuous improvements to processes, internal controls, and governance. **Requirements:** **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Advanced knowledge of financial indicators, income statements (P\&L), budget vs. actual analysis. * Proficiency in analytical tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, ERPs). * Prior experience in controllership is desirable, preferably within financial institutions, fintechs, or large enterprises. * Preferred qualification: Experience with investment funds (FIDC). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 12:00 \| 13:00 to 17:30 **Compensation and Benefits:** * Fixed Salary * Meal Allowance * Profit Sharing * Transportation Allowance **Location:** * Santa Maria/RS **Industry Segment:** \- Fintech \- Digital Bank **Benefits:** Profit sharing, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
