Position: **Administrative Assistant**, to be based at our **Cristal/RS** unit. Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Work in the Administrative area, supporting daily operations, ensuring organization, efficiency, and smooth flow of internal processes; acting as a liaison between company departments; preparing various reports and records; issuing various purchase orders and material requisitions; managing inventory of items under your responsibility; and performing other related and inherent duties. * Record and review production data for forestry machinery and equipment; * Issue various purchase orders; * Issue material and supply requisitions from the headquarters' inventory; * Issue transfer invoices for equipment, materials, and/or supplies, accessing the ERP system to retrieve destination location information; * Receive materials, machinery, and services; verify and register invoices in the system; * Request fuel for farm equipment by contacting the contracted supplier, receive the invoice, and register it in the system; * Record and monitor results and performance indicators related to assigned activities; * Receive monthly service reports from third-party providers, compile them, issue purchase orders, request invoices, and register them in the system; * Request registration of new service providers, suppliers, and materials. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency preferred; * Prior knowledge of administrative routines preferred. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** * Dental Plan; * Life Insurance; * Annual Profit-Sharing Program; * On-site Cafeteria; * Transportation. **Sustainability Reference for 77 Years** With a history spanning over seven decades, our company stands as a true example of commitment to sustainability.
