Job Summary: Professional responsible for providing technical support and advisory services to technology end-users, managing user access, configuring and adjusting user profiles, resolving technical issues, and performing maintenance on workstations and infrastructure. Configuration and installation of operating systems and peripherals A well-established company in the field of Medical Imaging in Rio Grande do Sul, with 40 years in the market, is hiring: **IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN** Provide advisory and support services to technology end-users ("hardware and software"), appropriately guiding them in the use of such technologies; manage user access; configure and adjust user profiles; resolve technical issues; and install, configure, and perform preventive/corrective maintenance on workstations, peripherals, and infrastructure systems. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide technical support (remote, via phone or software) to technology end-users ("hardware and software"); Create and delete email accounts; manage user access; configure/adjust user profiles; perform workstation maintenance to resolve issues and ensure system availability and performance. Update the database (Vtiger) with records of procedures, solutions, or pending items, and track service requests. Perform preventive/corrective hardware and/or software maintenance on infrastructure according to contractual schedules or service tickets: cleaning components, deoxidizing parts, replacing power supplies and hard drives, installing network jacks, crimping cables, etc. Install printers and multifunction devices, servers, routers, and general peripherals, as well as operating systems (Windows, Office suite, antivirus, and others). Guide users on equipment operation and authorize equipment for operational use. Change internal system access passwords whenever necessary, such as upon employee termination or per company instructions. Update documentation regarding internal technological equipment for fixed asset control purposes (in addition to hardware information), including client-installed equipment (machine configurations, user identification, IPs, etc.), for tracking. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** Education: Completed high school Desired experience: At least 1 year in this role **COMPETENCIES** Quick reasoning ability Knowledge of hardware and software Attention to detail Planning and control skills Capacity for learning Compensation: Starting at R$1.830,23 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
