Continue here to learn more about this position! \>Responsibilities: * Monitor operational KPIs (e.g., unavailable stations, maintenance SLA, NPS, stockouts) and propose corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the bicycle fleet to a high quality standard. * Ensure proper operation of stations. * Engage in logistics, field, station, fleet, and BPVC processes. * Monitor and optimize inventory management, parts picking, and distribution. * Support implementation of standardized processes, policies, and routines, ensuring compliance with operational procedures. * Support coordination in strategic decision-making by proposing continuous improvements. * Act proactively to resolve process failures, operational bottlenecks, and team conflicts. * Supervise shifts, scheduling, productivity, and working hours to ensure efficient operational coverage. * Lead, train, and develop the operational team, ensuring adherence to people-related policies and procedures under Management’s responsibility. * Supervise shifts, scheduling, productivity, and working hours to ensure efficient operational coverage. \>Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. \>Requirements: * Experience leading operational teams. * Experience in field operations. * Strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and proficiency in performance indicator management. * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule. * Driver’s license category B. \>Why join us: Every day, we strive to inspire and make it easy for thousands of people to change their daily routines and the cities they live in.
