We are seeking a talented individual to join our **Customer Service** team. If you are agile and passionate about customer service as an expert, this opportunity is for you! **Your responsibilities here will include:** Assisting customers facing emergencies during travel. Calling suppliers both inside and outside Brazil to coordinate necessary support. Contacting hotels. Escalating support requests to the operator’s internal air department team. Contacting local receptive service providers.
