Your main responsibilities will include: * Creating, reviewing, and updating work instructions, ensuring that Job Instructions (JIs) align with operational procedures; * Training and retraining operational staff on procedures and work instructions, including activities related to process incident occurrences; * Monitoring the development of the operational team according to training matrices; * Creating, reviewing, and updating the Product Technical Manual (PTM); * Supporting innovation processes, new solutions, and technologies aimed at improving operational processes, systems, and product quality; * Acting as Dojo Room custodian at terminals and training the operational team on operational techniques and skills. 2512080202191684981
