Job Summary: Cutting and Creasing Operator with experience in automatic machines, responsible for preparing, adjusting, and operating equipment to ensure process quality and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Operational experience with automatic cutting, creasing, and embossing machines. 2. Preparation and adjustment of tooling, machine setups, and parameter configuration. 3. Ensuring product quality and equipment maintenance. Cutting and Creasing Operator Must have operational experience with automatic cutting, creasing, and embossing machines. **Desirable:** Technical course in mechanics and/or electronics Must have completed high school. Responsibilities Review production schedules and quality specifications (Job Bags); Transport raw materials; load/unload products from machines; **Tooling preparation and adjustment:** installation, registration, and shimming of cutting and creasing blades and embossing dies; Perform machine setups, prepare cutting setup sheets, configure parameters, and operate the machine; Synchronize and monitor Power Register readings and control process parameters; Ensure product quality (identify and segregate quality deviations) and maintain equipment and tooling; Lubricate the machine, and clean and organize the work area (5S\+S); Ensure personal safety and the safety of colleagues.
