




Job Summary: Provide support, maintenance, and organization of IT resources, ensuring system, network, and equipment stability, security, and efficiency, while delivering agile support. Support in user management, email administration, and information security. **DESCRIPTION:** Provide **support, maintenance, and organization of Information Technology resources**, ensuring **stability, security, and efficiency** of systems, networks, and equipment, as well as delivering agile and high-quality support to internal users. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide **technical support** to users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, systems, and networks. * Perform **installation, configuration, and maintenance** of computers, printers, software, and peripherals. * Support **basic network administration**, including access control, initial device configuration, cabling, and monitoring. * Log, track, and close **technical support tickets**, ensuring adherence to deadlines and service quality. * Execute **preventive and corrective maintenance** on systems and IT infrastructure. * Support **user management, corporate email administration, backups, and basic information security policies**. * Contribute to the organization, standardization, and continuous improvement of IT processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in **Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development**, or related fields; * Prior experience in **technical support, help desk, or related areas (preferred);** * Operating systems (**Windows and/or Linux**), knowledge of **computer networking** (TCP/IP, internet, Wi-Fi, cabling); * Basic knowledge of **hardware and equipment maintenance**, familiarity with **support and ticketing tools**, and understanding of **information security (desirable);** * **Experience with ERPs or corporate systems (preferred).** **COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:** * Salary; * Meal Voucher; * Medical Assistance; * Transportation Voucher; * Wellhub. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Thursday — 08:00 to 18:00; Friday — 08:00 to 17:00
