Our work model at Unicred follows a hybrid format, with two days per week of in-person work at the institution's headquarters.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Calculate, monitor, and analyze direct and indirect costs by product, service, cost center, and business unit, ensuring accurate allocation and data accuracy;
* Monitor and analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs, identifying significant deviations, their causes, and potential corrective actions;
* Prepare managerial cost, profitability, and margin reports to support management and strategic decision-making;
* Participate in the cost budgeting and forecasting process, contributing analyses, assumptions, and financial projections;
* Evaluate cost allocation criteria and costing methodologies, ensuring technical compliance and proposing improvements to processes and controls;
* Support pricing strategy development and profitability analysis, contributing to commercial and strategic decisions;
* Collaborate with business areas by providing economic analyses, recommendations, and technical support to improve results.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or related fields;
* Solid experience in cost analysis and controllership;
* Consistent experience in preparing, monitoring, and analyzing budgets and financial performance;
* Knowledge of costing methods and financial modeling;
* Advanced Excel proficiency.
**Desirable:**
* Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Process Automation, Pricing, and Profitability.
