Job Summary: A support and maintenance professional for TOTVS RM platforms, responsible for maintenance, development, and customer support. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting BSO (Business Software Outsourcing) for TOTVS RM customizations 2. Developing and maintaining automation of internal tools 3. Engaging with customers to negotiate deadlines and conduct requirement mapping **Description** Working in the **Support and Maintenance** **Platforms** team, delivering BSO (Business Software Outsourcing) support services for TOTVS RM product line customizations. **Responsibilities and Duties** Maintaining customizations of the TOTVS RM product line. Providing technical support for TOTVS RM product line customizations. Developing and maintaining automation of internal tools. Ensuring version compatibility of customizations developed for the TOTVS RM product line. Developing evolutionary enhancements to TOTVS RM product line customizations. Handling service requests via our service desk, adhering to agreed service level timelines and commitments. Remotely accessing systems and contacting customers by phone to analyze incidents, problems, and requests. Performing functional and system testing on customizations. Preparing technical documentation and specifications. Conducting customizations assessments. Engaging with customers to negotiate delivery deadlines for support requests. Participating in customer-facing and internal meetings to map scenarios and requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Microsoft Development certifications are a plus. Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming. Backend experience and .NET / C# development expertise. Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle). Knowledge and experience with Visual Studio Azure (Git and TFVC). Familiarity with REST APIs and Web Services. Proficiency in Angular, jQuery, JavaScript (JS/TypeScript), HTML5, and CSS3\. Knowledge of the RM Lib – RM customization development library. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Focused, proactive, and innovative thinker. Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing urgent situations. Experience in DevOps environments. Basic knowledge of test automation
