Strictly follow safety protocols and regulations Safely and efficiently operate cranes to ensure transportation and movement of loads at construction sites, complying with the company's established quality, productivity, and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate cranes to precisely and safely move materials, equipment, and structures; * Conduct daily inspections of the crane, verifying operational conditions such as cables, brakes, hooks, and other essential components; * Ensure correct positioning and secure attachment of loads to be transported; * Interpret ground crew signals and instructions to execute movements; * Strictly adhere to applicable safety protocols and regulatory standards for crane operations; * Report any irregularities, maintenance needs, or equipment repairs to the immediate supervisor; * Assist in preventive and corrective crane maintenance, following technical guidance and manufacturer recommendations; * Maintain an organized and properly signposted work area to minimize accident risks; * Complete operation, maintenance, and crane performance reports; * Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient progress of site operations. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Certified crane operator training course recognized by relevant authorities. * Prior experience in this role is a plus. * Knowledge of safety regulations related to crane operations. * Ability to work effectively in a team and interpret operational signals.
