Job Summary: Computer Assistant to provide user support, software and hardware installation, configuration and maintenance, as well as inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Perform software and hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance. **Computer Assistant** We are an industry specialized in manufacturing professional dishwashers, located in the Bosque da Saúde neighborhood – South Zone of São Paulo – and we are looking for a Computer Assistant to join our team! **Responsibilities:** **•** Provide user support, guiding them on correct system usage procedures. * Assist in the development and implementation of programs and solutions. * Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and peripherals (computers, printers, network, telephony). * Perform backups, access control, system formatting and updates. * Maintain equipment inventory and manage software licenses. * Generate security reports (viruses, malware, etc.). * Identify and resolve operational, software, and hardware failures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technology degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or related fields. * Preferred: Prior experience in IT, specifically Help Desk and Service Desk. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 18:00, and Fridays from 08:00 to 17:00. **Location:** Bosque da Saúde – SP.
