Job Summary: Provide customer service, technical support for heavy vehicles, manage event-related requests, analyze and approve services, obtain quotations and negotiate with service providers, as well as prepare reports and train the team. Opportunity to train and develop technical teams. **Description** Provide customer service by delivering information regarding various requests, recording interactions, and executing follow-up actions in systems. Monitor customer service demands related to events to ensure accurate information transfer. **Brief Job Description** Monitor technical service for heavy vehicles, providing support and guidance to department staff. Contact members/clients/sales representatives to provide feedback on services rendered in various situations. Serve as the interface between the Events and Customer Service departments, receiving and analyzing all relevant requests for handling. Perform, consult, and update information via the company's internal system. Conduct technical analyses to authorize services. Approve budgets and obtain quotations for vehicle recovery or total loss (TL) towing services. Obtain quotations, negotiate, and identify service providers for the Events department. Prepare spreadsheets and reports on executed actions and present departmental performance indicators. Support technical team members by training and developing them in the necessary skills for performing their duties. Deliver operational training. Perform other activities of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility.
