Job Summary: Lead, supervise, and guide the electrical work team to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with technical standards. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and field supervision 2. Work in confined spaces and at heights **Responsibilities:** * Maintain constant communication with Coordination and Planning to stay informed about scheduled and emergency services; * Lead, supervise, and guide the work team during task execution regarding work methods, hierarchy, service quality, safety, and cleanliness; * Assign scheduled tasks among team members; * Monitor operational procedures and compliance with the JSA (Job Safety Analysis); * Be familiar with hand, electric, and pneumatic tools; * Know and comply with NR-10; * Request equipment and facility isolation and lockout; * Perform activities in confined spaces and at heights. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Technical education specifically in the electrical field (SENAI, Abraman, or similar); * Proficiency in technical processes; * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that promote the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
