Description

Job Summary: The professional will perform demolition work, prepare construction sites, excavate terrain, prepare materials, assist with transportation and cleaning, and mark off areas. Key Highlights: 1. Demolition and site preparation activities 2. Assisting with loading, transportation, and unloading of materials 3. General and heavy cleaning of service areas - Demolish small concrete, masonry, and other structures; - Prepare construction sites, including area cleaning and soil compaction; - Manually excavate terrain using pickaxes, shovels, spades, and hoes; - Prepare concrete mix and other materials required for tasks; - Assist with loading, transporting, and unloading materials, tools, and equipment; - Assist with truck receiving; - Perform general and heavy cleaning of service areas, including sweeping and removal of material residues, as well as marking areas upon task completion; - Assist in releasing, organizing, and marking areas to ensure safe execution of activities; - Communicate with operators of mobile machinery, when necessary, to ensure site safety; - Perform rigging of components, verifying cable (sling) and shackle positioning; - Assist with loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment; - Signal vehicle, machinery, and equipment operators using standard hand signals (up, down, right, left, forward, backward); - Assist with area demarcation painting; - Assist with painting activities and surface preparation; - Clean tools with solvents and return containers, cans, and waste to appropriate locations. Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.539,58 - R$2.331,38 per month
