Participate in the assembly and installation of new machines. **Job Description** Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance activities on machines and equipment within the operation to keep them in perfect working condition (Mariana Complex) **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Program and perform activities involving process control, electrical projects, industrial electronics, programmable logic controllers, and operations of electrical machinery * Prepare purchase requests for the procurement department to acquire parts, tools, and materials required to carry out assigned tasks * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment according to the established schedule. * Perform maintenance on pumps, motors, fans, etc. * Clean filters, clear pipe obstructions, and lubricate equipment * Assemble machines and equipment, interpret manuals and drawings, and conduct functional tests * Participate in mechanical assembly or installation of new machines and equipment, working jointly with the supplier’s or manufacturer’s team or under supervision from a superior * Inspect equipment to determine the appropriate type of maintenance, collect maintenance control data, and request replacement parts and materials * Identify faults in machines and systems * Replace parts and components, make emergency ad-hoc adjustments, and restore machines and equipment to productive operating conditions * Perform electrical maintenance repairs on sensors, control panels, and electrical wiring (preventive, corrective, and predictive). **Requirements and Qualifications:** Completed High School Technical course in Electromechanics or in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
