Job Summary: A professional responsible for providing technical support to maintenance activities in Rolling Mills, ensuring equipment reliability and continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Providing technical support for electromechanical maintenance in Profile Rolling. 2. Reviewing and updating maintenance procedures and plans in SAP PM. 3. Providing technical support to field teams for industrial maintenance optimization. **Position Summary:** A professional responsible for providing technical support to maintenance activities in **Rolling Mills**, with a primary focus on **Profile Rolling**, ensuring equipment reliability, standardization of maintenance routines, and continuous process improvement. The role involves reviewing technical structures, procedures, and maintenance plans, as well as providing technical support to field teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in industrial maintenance and maintenance management processes. **Main Responsibilities:** Provide technical support for electromechanical maintenance activities in the Profile Rolling area, contributing to equipment reliability and availability; Review and update existing maintenance procedures and standards, ensuring routine standardization and alignment with best practices in industrial maintenance; Develop and update work instructions related to electromechanical maintenance activities; Technically review bills of materials (BOM) and technical lists associated with equipment, ensuring consistency of registered information; Structure and review technical equipment and Installation Location master data in the maintenance management system (SAP PM); Perform corrections and adjustments to technical classification and catalog profiles of Installation Locations in the system; Review and update maintenance plans registered in SAP PM, adjusting frequencies, strategies, materials, and execution estimates according to maintenance best practices; Evaluate available maintenance orders for scheduling, ensuring technical quality of information and compliance with safety and reliability standards; Develop and apply structured methods for analysis and qualification of maintenance orders; Provide technical support to field teams for interpretation and execution of reviewed maintenance plans; Collaborate closely with the electromechanical maintenance team and inspectors from Long Products Rolling Mills, promoting continuous improvement of processes and operational routines; Contribute to enhancing maintenance management through review of technical structures, documentation standardization, and improvement of maintenance order quality. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related fields; Proven experience in electromechanical maintenance in an industrial environment; Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings, technical lists, and maintenance documentation; Experience with maintenance management systems, preferably **SAP PM**; Ability to critically analyze maintenance processes, review documentation, and standardize routines; Experience in **rolling** industrial processes is desirable; Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with maintenance and operations teams; Willingness to work on-site in Ouro Branco.
