If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future—and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the logistics operator’s contract, ensuring process compliance and operational efficiency; * Identify and implement best practices in logistics operations; * Apply a structured methodology to develop process improvements under your responsibility; * Request and lead structural and improvement projects in materials and supplies logistics; * Interface with project and infrastructure teams to identify optimal alternatives for logistics infrastructure alignment and NTE utilization optimization; * Interface with maintenance and operations teams to increase the percentage of early deliveries; * Anticipate infrastructure and improvement project requirements; * Manage monthly measurements of logistics services; * Manage inventory processes (annual plan development, approval, results, etc.); * Draft scopes for logistics service procurement; * Manage supplies scheduling; * Prepare the annual GSL budget and ensure adherence to the planned budget. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Technology. * Postgraduate specialization or MBA in Logistics is desirable. * Relevant work experience. **Additional Information** **Job characteristics:** * Employment type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work location: Mariana/MG * Working hours: 7:30 AM to 4:19 PM **Benefits included in this position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Totalpass partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
