Responsible for coordinating, delegating tasks, and providing resources to Specialist Technicians, Operator Technicians, Assistants, Quality Technicians, and general line operations to ensure safe processes that meet production targets, thereby fostering an environment conducive to achieving critical success factors—based on the culture of safety, quality, volume, and cost. **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage and administer resources across line areas. Ensure and prepare material requisitions in SAP. Ensure execution of maintenance orders and notifications. Develop CAPEX proposals for area projects. Effectively manage personnel. Conduct interviews for selection and hiring of new employees. Evaluate and monitor new employees. Develop vacation and overtime schedules. Validate and authorize employee leave requests—including work incapacity, absences, and vacations. Provide continuous feedback to encourage professional growth, motivation, engagement, and teamwork. Conduct group performance evaluations. Conduct 360-degree evaluations and development plans. Participate in resolving team conflicts (e.g., teamwork, interdepartmental collaboration, etc.). Participate in developing the workplace climate plan. Monitor organizational climate (identify collective trends and dissatisfaction). Validate the creation and updating of employee job descriptions. Manage training for line employees. Apply disciplinary measures—with awareness of the immediate manager—when necessary. Promote FEMSA culture. Foster the company’s vision, mission, values, and policies. Encourage vertical reviews and performance evaluations. Encourage participation in company events. Promote safety, quality, and environmental stewardship. **Requirements and Qualifications** Preferred experience: experience in consumer goods industries (preferably beverages, food, or fast-moving consumer goods). Management of operational teams and leadership of teams. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies, management models, and Six Sigma.
