Come join our team as **Drilling Supervisor \- Exploration** **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, and control practical preventive and corrective maintenance activities for surface diamond core drills, with emphasis on Hydracore-branded equipment; * Manage relationships with contracted maintenance service providers, as well as budgetary control over services, spare parts, and instrumentation; * Directly supervise the primary drilling team, ensuring compliance with operational, safety, quality, and productivity standards; * Monitor timekeeping and working hours of drilling team members, ensuring adherence to internal policies and labor legislation; * Monitor and optimize performance indicators such as equipment mechanical availability, core recovery rate, average daily advance, and cost per meter drilled; * Ensure accurate recording and control of drilling data, promoting traceability and reliability of information; * Support field logistics, consumables control, and drilling campaign planning, ensuring schedule compliance; * Deliver hands-on training and technical mentoring to the team, aiming for continuous development and operational excellence; * Adopt a collaborative approach, fostering a positive work environment focused on safety, respect, and effective communication among team members and other involved departments; * Demonstrate proactivity, organization, and problem-solving ability, contributing to continuous improvement of drilling processes **Requirements** * Completed secondary-level technical education; bachelor’s degree or technologist qualification (preferred) * Professional with proven experience of over 5 years in surface drilling operations * Experience in Underground Mining * Technical knowledge of drilling equipment; experience with Hydracore drills is considered a plus * Driver’s license Category B \- experience with 4x4 vehicles * Experience in Underground Mining * Experience in people management * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
