**Main Responsibilities** * **Operational Management:** Plan, coordinate, and control the logistical and operational activities of the branch, ensuring delivery deadlines are met and processes are efficient. * **Fleet Management:** Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance services, fueling, vehicle washes, tires, and checklists, ensuring fleet availability and reliability. * **People Management:** Lead and develop unit teams (operations, maintenance, administrative, and support), promoting an environment of engagement, safety, and high performance. * **Performance Management:** Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for cost, fleet availability, productivity, accident rates, and service quality. * **Resource Management:** Control branch operating costs, ensuring rational use of resources, supplies, and assets. * **Safety and Compliance:** Ensure compliance with internal standards, corporate policies, labor, environmental, and traffic safety regulations. * **Customer and Headquarters Relationship:** Act as the headquarters' focal point with local operations and regional customers, ensuring process alignment and SLA fulfillment. * **Continuous Improvement:** Propose and implement operational and structural improvements that optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase operational availability and efficiency. Requirements **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, Transportation Management, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Logistics Management, Operations, or Leadership is desirable. **Experience:** * Proven experience in operational management of road freight transportation. * Experience in heavy fleet maintenance and multidisciplinary team management. * Knowledge of logistics performance indicators and cost management. **Specific Skills:** * Proficiency in Office Suite (intermediate/advanced level); * Experience with logistics and maintenance management systems (e.g., Rodopar, Power BI); * Knowledge of traffic safety, environmental, and compliance regulations.
