About the position: Operate production equipment within the respective process and perform minor maintenance by applying established operational procedures and technical safety instructions, thereby supporting production planning fulfillment and meeting quality, volume, and safety targets. Main responsibilities: Perform operational activities according to procedures, conducting preliminary risk analysis and correctly using PPE, engineering controls, tools, and applicable safety authorizations. Operate and monitor production equipment, track performance indicators, adjust operational parameters, and maintain interface with control room and field technicians to ensure product quality and volume. Conduct routine checklists and inspections on equipment, components, and peripherals, identifying anomalies, reporting to leadership, and supporting maintenance scheduling. Perform low-complexity corrective maintenance on industrial equipment per technical specifications and health, safety, and environmental standards. Monitor the production process, identify intervention needs, and communicate them to supervisors for operational adjustments. Collect samples at designated points and submit them for laboratory analysis to ensure product quality control. Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and preservation, adhering to 5S principles, selective waste collection, and proper waste disposal. Prepare operational records, reports, and logs, providing information to leadership and related departments. Comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and compliance policies, acting ethically and responsibly to safeguard company assets.
