Main Responsibilities * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service; * Receiving and directing clients/patients; * Scheduling organization and administrative support; * Spreadsheet control and data entry in Excel; * Supporting general reception routines. Requirements * Clear diction; * Courtesy, friendliness, and professional conduct; * Experience in medical office or reception customer service; * Intermediate Excel knowledge; * Aptitude for public interaction and organization.
