Main Responsibilities * *Monitor, track, and analyze quality indicators, ensuring consistency and accuracy of information.* * *Plan and conduct internal audits, as well as support external audits.* * *Develop, review, and maintain updated procedures, work instructions, and quality system documents.* * *Identify non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective and preventive actions.* * *Support internal departments in continuously improving processes, promoting alignment and standardization.* * *Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO).* * *Conduct internal walkthroughs to verify adherence to defined processes.* * *Prepare technical and managerial reports, presenting results and action plans to management. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in related fields. * Proactive, organized profile with systemic vision. * Availability to perform field activities (internal walkthroughs). * Strong analytical and communication skills. **Expected Competencies** * *Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.* * *Ability to work with indicators and data.* * *Consultative and collaborative approach toward departments.
