Assign electrician teams and monitor productivity, quality, and schedule adherence. Provide technical support for interpreting electrical projects, diagrams, and schematics. Monitor tests, startups, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure operation according to specifications. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards in electrical activities.
