In 2020, Eurofins generated total revenue of EUR 5.4 billion and ranks among Europe’s top-performing stocks over the past 20 years. **Job Description** **Perform sampling activities at Eurofins, using appropriate equipment and conducting required measurements and recordings at the sampling site, complying with the company’s and clients’ established health, safety, and environmental standards.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Collect samples using appropriate equipment; * Follow the sampling plan defined by the Area Coordinator; * Maintain effective communication/relationships with the client and/or project representative; * Measure and record sample temperatures requiring specific storage conditions, where applicable; * Perform necessary measurements at the sampling site (e.g., temperature, pH, and other required parameters); * Monitor environmental conditions relevant to the type of service, when necessary; * Deliver collected samples to laboratories; * Perform (or request) maintenance on sampling equipment and utensils; * Comply with the company’s and/or clients’ health, safety, and environmental standards; * Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to company standards. This care must extend to company vehicles and equipment; * Handle chemical solutions for sample preservation, when required; * Complete electronic spreadsheets with information on collected samples, when required; * Comply with the company’s and/or clients’ health, safety, and environmental standards; * Guide assistant teams to follow procedures, sampling plans, and safety standards; * Drive company vehicles to client facilities where sampling procedures will be performed; * Review and create new documents in the Quality Management System; * Manage the company’s vehicle fleet; * Identify technical training needs for team members and submit requests to the immediate supervisor. **OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Demonstrate behaviors aligned with Eurofins values — refer to the company website or Integration Manual; * Adhere to QSMS requirements (ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025, ABNT NBR ISO 14001, and BS OHSAS 18001). * Commitment to continuous improvement, development of the organization’s quality, health, safety, and environmental management system, and awareness of the aspects/impacts and hazards/risks associated with one’s activities. **Qualifications** **Behavioral Competencies:** Commitment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, organization, discipline, proactiveness, dynamism, punctuality, flexibility, and agility. **Required Education:** Completed technical course in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Occupational Safety. **Additional Education:** **Languages and Expected Proficiency:** Basic English. **Prior Experience (Type and Duration):** 1–3 years of experience. **Technical Knowledge:** * Sampling techniques for various matrices (as required by the contracting unit), knowledge of safety standards and use of PPEs, handling of glassware and equipment. * Valid driver’s license (CNH) is essential. * Microsoft Office (Excel). **Additional Information** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM** **Candidates must be available for travel, flexible hours, and extended stays (over 30 days) in other cities, and must be qualified to work at heights.** A valid **Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) Category B**, issued **more than two years ago**, is required.
