Job Summary: Customer service, medication counseling, inventory control and organization, sales, and cash register operation, with emphasis on good dispensing practices. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on good practices and humanized service * Serve customers at the counter, identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions. * Provide guidance on the proper use of over-the-counter medications (OTCs). * Assist the pharmacist in inventory control, restocking, and product organization. * Record sales in the system and operate the cash register when required. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and service areas. * Inform customers about pharmacy promotions, new products, and campaigns. * Comply with good dispensing practices and humanized service standards.
