The Substitute Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring technical and legal assistance in pharmacies and drugstores, guaranteeing compliance with sanitary and ethical standards of the profession. Acts as the technical responsible during the absence of the titular pharmacist, providing qualified service to customers and advising them on the proper use of medications. **Main responsibilities:** * Act as the technical responsible during the absence of the titular pharmacist. * Advise customers on the rational use of medications, possible interactions, and adverse effects. * Review prescriptions and release controlled medications in accordance with current legislation. * Maintain up-to-date mandatory records and documentation (logs, SNGPC, etc.). * Ensure compliance with regulations set forth by Anvisa, CRF, and other regulatory bodies. * Support and guide pharmacy technicians and sales staff on good dispensing practices. * Contribute to health promotion campaigns organized by the company.
