* Support medication, material, emergency carts, and emergency kits inventory management in accordance with internal procedures and current legislation, as well as ensure safety stock levels to meet the demand of healthcare units; * Participate in the Pharmaceutical Assistance Program, promoting the rational and safe use of medications in accordance with internal procedures and current legislation, aiming to ensure quality and safety in patient care, as well as monitoring and controlling costs to achieve defined targets; * Participate in the Institution’s Pharmacovigilance Program, including recording ADRs (Adverse Drug Reactions), technical complaints, and mandatory notifications to ANVISA, aiming to promote patient safety; * Manage unit-level risks, monitoring and ensuring medication safety for patients in accordance with internal procedures, current legislation, and the quality standards defined by the Institution; * Support the physical inventory count of controlled substances in pharmacies, emergency kits, and emergency carts, in accordance with internal procedures, current legislation, and established monthly schedules for submission to the Municipal Sanitary Surveillance Secretariat; * Provide technical support to clinical departments by training and advising staff on relevant processes to address identified needs and in accordance with internal procedures, aiming to ensure standardized care delivery and safety for patients and the Institution.
