




Job Description We are looking for professionals to work as a Relationship Attendant at CEMIG, providing direct support to the company's customers. The role involves inbound and/or in-person customer service, focusing on excellence, courtesy, and promptness in answering questions, registering requests, conducting negotiations, and providing guidance on electricity services. Responsibilities Provide customer service via phone, in person, or through digital channels; Answer questions regarding bills, consumption, disconnections and reconnections, bill reissuance, and other services offered by CEMIG; Record service interactions in internal systems; Redirect requests to responsible departments when necessary; Meet quality targets, average handling time, and customer satisfaction goals. Requirements High school diploma; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer knowledge; Previous experience in customer service will be an advantage.
