Promote the institution's courses and support events #### **About the position:** * Faculdade Alis is looking for a committed and proactive **Commercial Consultant** to work in student recruitment and external relationship management. This professional will be responsible for developing commercial initiatives, strengthening relationships with high schools and local partners, and promoting the institution's courses. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Directly engage in **student recruitment**, focusing on visits to high schools, preparatory courses, and educational events; * Promote the institution and its courses by presenting competitive advantages and benefits; * Establish and maintain **partnerships with schools, companies, and local institutions**; * Support the organization of internal and external events aimed at institutional promotion; Maintain commercial performance reports and meet established targets; * Support the marketing team with requests related to promotional campaigns and external activities; Collaborate closely with the sales team and commercial supervision. * #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education; Prior experience in external sales, recruitment, or commercial promotion (desirable); * Excellent communication skills, confidence, and negotiation ability; * Basic knowledge of commercial management tools (CRM is a plus); * Availability for external activities; #### **Desirable qualifications (advantage):** * Familiarity with the region and an existing network of contacts with high schools; * Experience working with targets. #### **Benefits:** * Market-competitive fixed salary * Commissions and bonuses based on targets * Opportunities for professional growth within the institution
