BM VAGAS, in partnership with a Heavy Construction sector company, is seeking a Construction Supervisor for the city of Ouro Branco-MG Responsibilities: Supervise civil construction and/or mechanized cleaning work teams operating at construction sites, concrete plants, civil works, and railway projects. Ensure activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations. Perform material measurements and control to prevent waste. Report project progress to superiors, identifying deviations. Prepare technical documentation and manage productive resources on site (site layouts, equipment, materials, supplies, and work teams). Monitor construction productivity standards, including inspection of material and supply quality, guidance on specifications, flow and movement of materials, and safety measures for work areas and equipment. Manage the project schedule. Requirements: Incomplete High School education; Minimum of 6 months of verified experience in the role on construction sites. Skills: Leadership of teams in civil construction environments. Organization and planning of site activities. Clear and effective communication with different hierarchical levels. Quick and efficient decision-making under pressure. Knowledge of construction management software (e.g., MS Project). **Working Hours** Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 17:18 with a 1-hour break for meals
