




Verify material movements entered into the ERP system to maintain inventory levels. Generate reports and spreadsheets for scheduling control and material fulfillment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Generate reports produced by the system; * Issue transfer invoices; * Control material returns and transfers using spreadsheets; * Complete spreadsheets tracking material inflows and outflows; * Monitor orders placed incorrectly and rejected materials; * Prepare a weekly inventory level control report to enable necessary reallocations among units; * Receive invoices and verify them against received materials, following standard procedures and entering this information into the system; * Verify discrepancies in materials within the system; * Perform blocking and unblocking of rotating inventories and materials requested by customers in the ERP system. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience in logistics or warehouse operations; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
