Requirements: * Technical or higher education degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Minimum 2 years of experience in construction planning and control (advantage: solar energy); * Proficiency in WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), detailed schedules, and S-curves; * Experience with cash flow management, cost control, and progress measurements; * Knowledge of logistics, procurement, and construction interfaces; * Advanced MS Project and Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI is desirable; * Willingness to travel and ability to work 100% on-site. * Flexible working hours.
