Main daily responsibilities: * Drafting and reviewing commercial and corporate contracts (service agreements, sponsorship, co-production, loan agreements, confidentiality, licensing, etc.); * Identifying and mitigating contractual risks, focusing on sensitive clauses (termination, deadlines, penalties, civil liability, LGPD, and intellectual property); * Contract management (organizing deadlines, checklists, verifying signatures and validity); * Conducting applied research on topics related to contract and corporate law; * Supporting negotiations by preparing redline adjustments, technical notes, and justifications for internal clients.
