Job Summary: Engage in customer service, selling products and chocolates, organizing the store, and enthusiastically and passionately participating in loyalty initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in loyalty initiatives and maximize sales. Responsible for customer service, delivering a personalized and delightful experience. Present and sell products/chocolates, emphasizing their features and recommending options according to the customer's profile. Maintain store organization, manage inventory, handle digital channels, and participate in loyalty initiatives. Achieve sales targets with enthusiasm and passion for the products, aiming to maximize product mix and items per transaction. Mandatory Requirements: Ability to meet targets, public-facing service skills, and communication skills.
