Actech Brasil is a company specialized in technological solutions for the agricultural sector. Its focus is on optimizing processes and increasing efficiency in rural production. **Responsibilities:** Contract and negotiate with carriers. Conduct freight quotations and analyses. Monitor deliveries to ensure compliance with established deadlines. Implement and monitor service level agreement (SLA) indicators. Create and track logistics KPIs, such as: On-Time Delivery (OTD), vehicle utilization, response lead time, cost per kilometer, and damage rate. Develop managerial dashboards for performance tracking. Process and analyze logistics data to implement controls and continuous improvements. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure operational alignment. Manage relationships with contracted carriers and customers. Standardize logistics processes and implement best practices. Verify CT-es (Transportation Service Receipts), issue RCs (Receiving Confirmations) and OCs (Order Confirmations) in SAP. Utilize BI and Artificial Intelligence tools for analysis and decision support. Develop automations for manual processes. Previous experience as Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Specialist, Logistics Supervisor, or Procurement Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
