Customer support and guidance on HR department routines An accounting firm is seeking an HR Department Analyst in Rio Acima. **Responsibilities:** Process payroll, including social charges such as INSS, FGTS, eSocial, and DCTFWeb. Conduct employee onboarding, offboarding, and vacation management for client companies. Provide support to portfolio clients by clarifying doubts and guiding them on HR department routines. Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation in HR department routines. Support labor and social security inspections and audits. Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records, documents, and registrations.
