We are hiring a **Kitchen Assistant** to work in a hotel environment, supporting food preparation, kitchen organization, and plating, always with attention to hygiene and quality. **Main Responsibilities**: * Assist in food preparation (peeling, cutting, cooking, plating meals and snacks); * Keep utensils and the environment clean and organized; * Follow instructions from the head chef. **Main Challenges of the Role** * Adapting\-to different culinary styles according to the hotel's menu. * Maintaining strict standards of **hygiene** and **food safety**. * Ensuring proper **food storage and preservation**. * Performing tasks with **attention to detail**, following instructions from the head chef. * Demonstrating **speed** and **organization** in food preparation and plating. * Keeping the **kitchen clean, organized, and functional** throughout the shift.
