Job Summary: Assist professionals in the manufacturing, repair, and maintenance of metal parts and structures, ensuring workplace cleanliness and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in manufacturing and repairing metal parts and structures. 2. Maintenance of workplace cleanliness and organization. 3. Participation in safety training sessions and safety dialogues. Description: * Ability to operate basic tools (wrenches, ratchets, sanders, and others); * Comply with supervisor’s instructions, provided they do not jeopardize physical or mental integrity, while adhering to REMA TIP TOP’s Code of Ethics and Safety Regulations; * Participate in DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues) at the company and/or client sites (when requested), at the Units where assigned either permanently or temporarily; * Perform maintenance of workplace cleanliness and organization; * Assist the team in assembling scaffolding on structures; * Assist the team in assembling metal structures and piping. * If qualified, occasionally drive vehicles as a substitute for or assistant to the driver, transporting personnel and equipment; * Support REMA TIP TOP’s General Training Plan by participating in and implementing procedures and regulations learned during training; * Respond promptly and efficiently to requests related to one’s area (cleaning, maintenance, etc.); * Assist professionals in manufacturing and repairing metal parts. * Execute assigned tasks and keep immediate supervisors informed of any interferences affecting task execution, when requested; * Assist professionals in manufacturing and repairing metal parts * Ensure accuracy, organization, and preservation of documents and records specific to one’s area and activities; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.800,00 - R$1.950,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
