Analysis of fleet operational costs and performance indicators **Position: Fleet Manager** **Location: Jardim Canadá – Nova Lima/MG** Work Mode: On-site We are seeking a Fleet Manager to manage and control the company's vehicle and equipment fleet, ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and resource availability to support construction projects and contracts. * Monitor and supervise the company's light and heavy vehicles and equipment fleet. * Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Manage fleet documentation (licensing, insurance, traffic fines, and inspections). * Control fuel supply and consumption, analyzing efficiency indicators. * Manage truck fine processing and vehicle toll payments. * Monitor vehicle and equipment checklists used on construction sites. * Support management in analyzing fleet operational costs. * Manage vehicle and equipment leasing contracts, where applicable. * Liaise with drivers, operators, workshops, and suppliers. * Prepare fleet performance reports and indicators. * Implement checklist processes on construction sites – including mobile applications, etc. * Develop, negotiate, and maintain supplier registration records. * Issue and track maintenance service orders. * Ensure maintenance plans are fulfilled for clients to close contracts. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of vehicle and equipment maintenance control and mechanical principles. * Prior experience in fleet and vehicle logistics management. * Proficiency in using performance indicators and reporting tools. * Familiarity with vehicle telematics systems, including data analysis and interpretation capabilities. * Advanced Excel skills for preparing managerial reports, charts, and performance indicators. * Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance, including delivery and return checklist procedures.
