Then join us in making a difference! \#VEMSERINDT Requirements: We are looking for a **Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst** to provide support and maintenance for the corporate technology environment, ensuring system, device, and network availability, security, and proper operation. The professional will be responsible for supporting users, maintaining the IT infrastructure, and contributing to the operational continuity of the company’s technological solutions. **Main Responsibilities** Ensure maintenance of corporate devices and communication networks across company units, guaranteeing availability and security. Provide technical support to users and equipment, responding to service requests and performing software installation, configuration, and updates. Maintain IT services and infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and execution of backup policies. Monitor internal IT solutions and services. Administer and support the Microsoft environment and Windows infrastructure. Perform operating system, software, server, and IT asset inventory maintenance and updates. Ensure implementation of physical and technological security standards related to equipment, facilities, and networks. **Technology Environment** The professional will work with technologies such as: Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Active Directory (AD) DNS and DHCP Microsoft Intune Windows Server Kaspersky Corporate network infrastructure **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields. Basic knowledge of Computer Networks. Basic knowledge of Structured Cabling. Experience in technical support, infrastructure maintenance, and Microsoft environments. **Additional Information** Work Location: Ouro Preto – MG Work Model: 100% On-site Benefits Amil Health Plan: Enfermaria Plan, free for the employee (holder), with co-payment.
