**Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:**
Professional responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating environmental education activities, with a focus on engagement with communities and schools. The Environmental Analyst must contribute to strengthening socio-environmental awareness by promoting sensitization, training, and social mobilization processes aligned with the program’s guidelines and objectives.
**Main Activities:**
* Plan, develop, and implement environmental education activities and projects in schools, communities, and other operational settings;
* Prepare technical reports, field records, data tabulations, and other documents related to implemented activities;
* Record and organize evidence, spreadsheets, and reports of developed activities;
* Prepare managerial presentations;
* Conduct training and capacity-building processes for diverse audiences, using participatory methodologies and appropriate educational approaches;
* Support the development of didactic and informative materials for environmental education;
* Coordinate with technical teams, partner institutions, and community leaders to align and integrate activities;
* Participate in strategic planning and evaluation of results from implemented initiatives;
* Ensure project targets and conditions tied to the environmental education program are met, adhering to deadlines;
* Participate in environmental education activities of other programs, when required.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Biology, Geography, Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering, or related fields;
* Proven experience in environmental education, preferably in community and school contexts;
* Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate educational activities;
* Proficiency in writing technical reports and systematizing information;
* Demonstrated experience and practical involvement in direct community engagement;
* Availability for travel and fieldwork on weekends and during nighttime hours;
* Driver’s license, Category B.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Residency in Mariana/MG, Ouro Preto/MG, or adjacent areas.
