**FUNERAL AGENT \- SUPPORT FOR BEREAVED FAMILIES**

**Work schedule:** 12x36 rotating shift from 07:00 to 19:00 and/or 19:00 to 07:00
**About the role**
Directly welcome bereaved families, sensitively, efficiently, and excellently guiding them through all stages of funeral services. This professional ensures every procedure is carried out with respect, discretion, and a high operational standard, providing security and peace of mind to families during an extremely delicate time.
**Main Responsibilities**
**Humanized Support**
Receive and guide family members with empathy and respect, clearly and accessibly explaining available services, ceremony options, deadlines, and required procedures.
**Documentation Management**
Receive, verify, and route mandatory documentation (e.g., death certificates and authorizations), supporting processes with notary offices, cemeteries, and other relevant authorities.
**Funeral Service Coordination**
Organize and monitor all service stages, including preparation of viewing rooms, floral arrangements, scheduling, processions, and burial or cremation ceremonies.
**Operational Integration**
Coordinate logistics with drivers, florists, cemeteries, crematoriums, and other service providers, ensuring punctuality, quality, and compliance with company standards.
**Environment and Facility Organization**
Ensure proper presentation, hygiene, and functionality of all spaces, materials, and equipment used.
**Family Communication**
Maintain continuous contact with family members, updating them on service progress and resolving any requests calmly and professionally.
**Information Recording and Control**
Update internal systems and prepare service delivery and closure reports, ensuring traceability and operational control.
**Operational Support**
Assist the team with non-technical preparatory activities, always adhering to established regulations and protocols.
**Ethics and Confidentiality**
Safeguard information confidentiality and act with absolute respect for the emotional integrity of families.
**Mandatory Requirements**
* Completed high school;
* Proven experience as a funeral agent **(mandatory requirement)**;
* Experience in customer service;
* High capacity for empathy, active listening, and clear communication;
* Balanced and professional demeanor in emotionally stressful situations;
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines;
* Knowledge of notarial procedures and burial/cremation protocols; **(mandatory requirement)**;
* Familiarity with record-keeping systems or CRM;
* Experience supporting bereaved families; **(mandatory requirement)**;
* Knowledge of funeral procedures. **(mandatory requirement)**;

* Salary: R$ 2\.000,00;
