Register now and join our team! **Responsibilities and duties** As a **Planning Analyst**, you will: * Participate in handover meetings for each new project; assist in generating coordination standards. * Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera. * Generate "S" Curves - Physical/Financial of the Project and monitor them. * Develop the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and monitor the project histogram. * Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop the EVA (Earned Value Analysis), a document used to monitor the project's financial performance. * Be responsible for preparing and finalizing Measurement Bulletins together with Project Managers for submission to the client. * Monitor updates to document lists and pending issues; prepare and issue monthly project status reports requested by the client. * Be responsible for monitoring weekly, biweekly, or monthly meetings with the technical team and managers, producing meeting minutes. * Work alongside the Project Manager to monitor matters related to physical, economic, and financial performance of their contracts. * Monitor control area requirements, such as contract adjustments, project indicators IDP and IDC, and Project Status. **Requirements and qualifications** Required education: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, or related fields.
