Our Occupational Medicine team is expanding—please see more details about this position below. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Scheduling of occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, job change, and termination exams) in accordance with the Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO); * Maintenance of eSocial; * Accreditation and management of partner clinics and laboratories, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and compliance with current legislation; * Monitoring and updating occupational health management spreadsheets and systems, including data entry and verification related to medical certificates, medical exams, absences, and Occupational Health Certificates (ASOs); * Supporting the organization of health campaigns and preventive initiatives, such as SIPAT, vaccination programs, and health promotion initiatives; * Managing and archiving medical records, respecting confidentiality and privacy regulations; * Communicating with the occupational physician, providing updated and organized information to support clinical and organizational decisions; * Supporting leave-of-absence management and return-to-work processes, collaborating with HR and the Occupational Safety and Health Management Team (SESMT) in handling procedures; * Maintaining health department performance indicators, contributing to managerial analysis and decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in the field and valid certification as an OCCUPATIONAL NURSING TECHNICIAN; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Proactive profile, strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and good interpersonal relationships; * Familiarity with RM and SGG systems is a plus. **Additional Information** #### **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM / Fridays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM #### **We Offer:** * Results-Based Participation Program (PPR); * Medical and Dental Assistance; * Flexible Benefits; * Life Insurance; * PAS (VERO Social Assistance Program); * One paid day off during your birthday month; * Corporate University; * Totalpass (Discounts at Gyms/Sports Facilities); * PCD Child Support Allowance; * Employee Internet Plan.
