**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 14:30 (2 on 2 off shift\) **Level:** Operational **Employment type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Activities and Responsibilities: Support corrective and preventive maintenance on Sotreq equipment (Caterpillar and O\&K lines), based on failure diagnosis and proper use of manufacturer manuals, reducing rework rates in Mining operations; Assist in accurately diagnosing failures in equipment and accessories under warranty period, reporting technical assessments to the Mining Area Supervisor and suggesting, when necessary, submitting cases for analysis by Service Engineering to request warranty reimbursement from the manufacturer; Provide service support at customer operations, performing predefined scopes of activities and reporting unforeseen cases to the Mining Area Supervisor, enabling alignment between Sotreq and customer expectations; Maintain and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards through correct maintenance procedures as specified in manuals, contributing to equipment longevity, higher operational availability, and enhancing Sotreq's (and represented brands) positive image with customers; Report daily maintenance tasks performed to the Mining Area Supervisor, as well as inform potential pending issues, allowing better coordination among Operations, Planning, and Fleet Analysis, thereby meeting contractual guidelines established with the customer. **Requirements:** Requirements: Completed High School; Basic mechanical knowledge, with at least 6 months of documented work experience in a formal role, either in vehicle or motorcycle maintenance.
