




**Job Responsibilities:** * Lead, guide and monitor the performance of the maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.). * Assign tasks and monitor the execution of technical services. * Promote technical training and maintenance best practices. * Maintenance Management: Plan and control preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance. * Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and priorities. * Analyze recurring failures and propose improvements in processes and equipment. * Indicator Control: Monitor maintenance performance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, availability, etc.). * Prepare technical and team productivity reports. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed technical education in fields such as Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, or related areas. * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields is desirable. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that value the well\-being and satisfaction of our employees.
